Hemisphere Resources Limited is a mining and exploration company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the ASX code: HEM (Options: HEMO).
The Company’s Prospectus raised $4 million, including oversubscriptions, prior to listing in February 2007, providing a solid base of funding for ongoing exploration and development programs.

Capital Structure

Hemisphere Resources’ offices are in Perth, Western Australia. Currently all of the Company’s projects are located in Western Australia:

• the Yandicoogina South Iron Ore Project is in Pilbara region,
• the Glandore Gold Project and Mulgarrie Nickel Project are in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder mining region, and
• the Sandstone Uranium Project is in the uranium province in Western Australia’s Murchison area.
